













About Alliyah
Alliyah Logan cares deeply about girls' education globally and has dedicated herself to advocating for girls' rights. As an entrepreneur, and a social good advocate, she is a champion for the rights of girls and women everywhere. Alliyah is one of the youngest consultants at UNICEF on the Gender Specialist Team, where she oversees the UNICEF Global Girl Leader Advisory Group (GGLAG), and organizes with girl leaders from 12 countries, on how to advance gender equality. She is the co-founder of Cultivate Global Education (CGE) and actively champions a better world by improving quality education. Alliyah was featured on this year's Forbes 30 Under 30 Education List for her work with CGE, and UNICEF. During her time at UNICEF, she supported the creation of The Gender U Report Survey, which surveyed over 590,000 people on the most pressing issues relating to gender equality. Alliyah hosted UNICEF's POWER4Girls: Invest in Girls, Transform the World, at the United Nations Headquarters in celebration of International Women’s Day, and The Commission on the Status of Women. The event featured powerful remarks from UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador Millie Bobby Brown, who emphasized the critical importance of investing in girls’ education. In November 2024, Alliyah was invited to The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud to speak at The 2024 Misk Global Forum with other speakers like Bill Gates. She had the chance to speak on a panel, Learning for the Future, where she discussed how the world can utilize advanced technology to reimagine education. She particularly focused on the investment of girl’s education on a local, and global scale. Alliyah was featured on the Anan Podcast, which has had esteemed guests like Anthony Anderson, and Robert Herjavec.
Alliyah has had the chance to meet with over officials, and humanitarian leaders from 30 countries. She recently met with Axel van Trotsenburg the Senior Managing Director at The World Bank to discuss the efforts made by The World Bank to alleviate the economic gender gap. And ways to further invest in girls education through youth programming globally.
Alliyah has spoken at various events throughout the world including in Belgium, Italy, The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and The United States of America. She had the chance to speak at The School of Transnational Governance, at The European University Institute, on a panel Youth Voices in Peace, in Florence Italy. The EUI was created by The European Union, to advance democracy, and peace through education for students! She spoke to master students on the importance of having young people involved in decision making.
Alliyah is a skilled moderator, and has been able to moderate high-level events at The United Nations, in her role as a consultant to UNICEF. Recently hosting, What Adolescent Girls want: Priorities and Solutions at CSW68. In addition she hosted UNICEF's International Day of Girls Flagship event, and was one of a few young people to support the creation of the IDG theme. She has also hosted events in Europe, such as The Leading Minds Conference, in Florence, Italy. Alliyah spoke at the 10th anniversary of The European Institute of Peace, discussing the importance of peace building throughout Europe and the involvement of women. In addition she has been able to speak at various events in the US and Italy, particularly at The United Nations on the importance of investing in girls' and young women's education. Through her work with CGE she has spoken at The United Nations Foundation Transforming Education Summit, UNICEF’s Adolescent Girls Workshop, and UNICEF’S Leading Minds Conference. Alliyah was the youngest speaker at The United Nations International Day of Care of Support.
Alliyah has provided meaningful insight on global issues through her work. Through her work, she has been able to fundraise over $25,000 for girls' education while making an impact on over 175,000 young people. She has been able to accomplish so much on a national level with gender equality and educational equity. She has been able to expand her work internationality with her organization and UN affiliates.
She has been able to meet with officials, humanitarian leaders, and stakeholders from over 20+ countries, and various organizations.
